Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 cups fresh or frozen cherries pitted
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon almond extract

Instructions
 

  • In a blender or food processor, blend cherries, lemon juice, and almond extract until smooth.
  • Mix the cherry puree with Greek yogurt in a bowl until smooth.
  • Pour into a loaf pan, cover, and freeze for at least 4 hours.
  • Serve with a garnish of chopped almonds or extra cherries.
